Robert Thompson, Corporate Trainer and Network Engineer in Partner Support Services, joined CCSI in 2008. He brings 9 years of retail management and customer service experience as well as over 10 years of IT experience.
Robert has worked with a variety of systems from Point of Sale, to individual workstations, and servers. He always tries to let the partner know that they come first. It is this service attitude that has led to his current role as corporate trainer. He provides training and support on partner specific applications, both to the end user as well as the technicians here at CCSI.
Robert enjoys spending time with his family, camping, reading, and is active in his church.
